Review on Flashing LED Sign Motion Effect by Jimmy Moreland

UPDATE: 7/17/15>>> WOW, what a crap! I really like the idea of this sign, but now I have at least 11 LEDs. Yes, LEDs, which should last a few years. Less than a year later, I only turn this thing on for a few hours once every few months. Sad. The idea is great, but complete nonsense! If enough LEDs are burned out and you can't tell what they're saying, I guess I'll get creative with lights behind the holes or something. GARBAGE GARBAGE GARBAGE UPDATE: 01/16/15>> Subtract one star. Another LED is off. At this rate, the sign will cease to be a shining song before the end of the year! It really shouldn't cost more than $30. ORIGINAL REVIEW (purchased 10/16/14): Some LEDs are already going out. One from day one! But I'm not sure if it's bad. At around $45 from Jupiter Wholesale, it's a little more expensive than it should be, but it's pretty cool. I have this in my man cave along with many other signs and this one just screams the old school bad taste I was aiming for. And with some LEDs coming and going, it only adds to that old-school splendor. I love it. hope it lasts It's really cheaply made. I mean the LEDs go off and on again - you know. It should cost around $30 like most of my other signs which are much better made. It was TOO LIGHT so I added two coats of bug screen over the glass to darken it. It also gives it a neon look rather than an LED look. But it's good because it's a 70's sign. I like it very much and you don't even see the screen footage with my dark cave. I just wish it was cheaper and hope it lasts.
