The perfect Victorian skirt!
I was pleasantly surprised at the quality at this price point. The fabric is stretchy and thick with a flattering sillouhette. Perfect for my 1890's style murder party! I usually take a size 2-4 and order a small one (it fits well even with a little more room). It's quite long, so I might have to wear heels (otherwise it looks fuller underneath, which is ok!).
