You need these knee pads for mountain biking
It costs more than cheaper "knee pads", but it's worth every penny and a must if you're riding on the trails while mountain biking to protect friends from injury in the event of an unsuccessful fall. It's also a well-made product based on my experience. Forget those cheap "knee pads" if you're serious about your knee.
