Really good volume and quality

Very happy with this tutu for such a price. My daughter is going to be a flower girl and the bride wanted it. That's a pretty good length for my tall 3 year old. I will say that we had to steam the layers when we received them because the tulle creases/creases easily. (Photo taken before steaming)
