Review on Foxelli Lightweight Hooded Rain Poncho: Ultimate Occupational Health & Safety Gear in Emergency Response Equipment by Owen Houser

I bought 3 of these ponchos, each a different colour. I don't know if it mattered, but the green and blue oozed through. The black galaxy was the driest, and the purple patch was wet after 45 minutes of mixed rainy and snowy weather. Moisture does not roll off, what can be the reason? We needed them for an open air concert. The weather was windy with rain and sleet. They are big enough to keep our feet dry and they seem very sturdy. I only wish they were 100% waterproof!
