Stretching on my review.

I use this to stretch my back. They used these in patient rehab. I came home and order me one for my home.My friend with Parkinson’s uses it too. She loves it as well.

Pros

The material is excellent I like it.

Cons

The stick does not come with any adjustable weights, limiting customization options for users looking to challenge themselves
