Exchanged my 14mm Bing parts to match this 15mm clone. I had to use an old foil, foil needle and an empty screw. The carburetor worked great on my Puch E50 engine. This carburetor is from Kromag/Puch and uses a different type of slide, needle and idle screw. I was able to use the new nozzle and bore it out to the correct size for my installation. If this seems too cumbersome and you don't swap parts, you may not be getting a carburetor that will work on your rig, and maybe it will. I first tried the new 15mm carburetor as fitted, but the idle was too low and it stalled easily. Adjusting the idle screw made no difference on either the new or the old screw. The original rail has a different contour shape, and the new rail just doesn't adjust to the proper air/fuel mixture at idle. Also, it started cold without drowning it out, so it was clearly overfueled. The only solution was to swap the carriage, needle and tensioner, after that everything worked as usual. Rails vary and your bike may need to install genuine parts to function properly.
