Poor review mainly due to the company's terrible customer service, but the chair itself isn't great either. The chair was packaged in a box intended for a different model, so it had the wrong assembly instructions. After contacting the company several times, they said that all the chairs are the same, so the assembly must be like the wrong instructions. I kept asking them to send me the correct instructions because I didn't want to make any mistakes and they were incredibly rude and didn't know what to do when I asked a simple question. I was able to find the correct instructions on the Amazon order page (so advice). The chair itself is not the best quality but it is sufficient. The back support is ok but I think for those who are taller (mine is 5ft 4in) it won't be very comfortable. I suggest not putting the black base on the chair leg as it is impossible to drag it across the carpet.
