No more particles in my water glass
Bought for my son's house from the early 1960's. One of the filter canisters was missing an O-ring, which was only discovered after attempts were made to stop the leak. Called the support number, explained the situation and received an O-ring two days later. No stress. Easily installed (I have plumbing experience). If you're a jack of all trades, installation is pretty easy.
