Update: The replacement cooler is also broken. Does not supply water to the humidifier. Very disappointed with the quality of this product. I had a lot for that. sent back. I won't try again. I like that it's a solid construction. No filter needs to be replaced. It works like a humidifier and keeps you cool. This is a personal cool box. I like. Then he broke. It charged and I used it. Suddenly there was a smell of something burning. Then it went out and didn't work anymore. I had my 1st in about a week. I called Revain and 2 days later I had a new one. To be clear, I bought a 5V-2A charger. As stated in the instructions. I have tried plugging this machine in and leaving it running and not running while charging. When it is fully charged, the green light is on and I can start it from the mains. During charging, the battery area on the device becomes very hot. I do not recommend using this cooler when plugged in. I'll keep testing and updating later. For safety reasons when sleeping, I would not run it from an outlet.
