I ordered these shoes on a whim as a cheap option for work. And I know that sooner or later it always comes cheap. I wore these shoes to work one day with no problems. After work, I stood outside in direct sunlight for ten minutes (more than 90 minutes this week) waiting for my child to be picked up from summer camp. I started to run, and suddenly a strap that went through the leg on both shoes came loose. The straps are just glued to the base and that's how the sun melted the glue. Given that these are sandals that will obviously be worn in summer and spring, this seems like a poor design choice.
