Review on Bassion by Matt Dyen

The Bassion online store failed to deliver on even one of the many claims they made during my most recent visit. Their claim that they have something for everyone rings hollow when you see the small selection and lackluster quality of the goods on offer. Furthermore, I have my doubts about how seriously they take quality. Some of the goods were made with cheap materials and had sloppy construction. The items arrived looking nothing like the photos on the website, and they broke within a few days of use. Their lackluster and unresponsive customer care was the icing on the cake. When I contacted them to voice my displeasure with the goods, they were dismissive and uninterested in helping me. When I had issues with the shipping process, they did not give any assistance. Overall, I was not satisfied with my time spent shopping at the Bassion web store. They boasted about being the best, but their selection was small, their quality was poor, and their customer support was unhelpful. I will not be returning to this store and do not suggest it to anyone.
