The customer service we received was top notch, they really took care of us! We had to change our logo in order for it fit within their website design which wasn't ideal but I'm sure there were no hard feelings about this at all as soon after launch my inbox filled up full again (which shows how much work goes into keeping your clients happy).
They also provided great support throughout every stage from concepting through launching - even when things weren’t going so well like during Christmas period where orders didn'e seem too be coming back online quickly enough etc., paradox labs kept me updated regularly via email or phone call regarding progress/issues along way until everything went live without any issues being raised by myself nor customers themselves once launched either :).
