Great product. My right stick started falling off the rubber. I ordered it to replace a damaged one. The kit includes 6 interchangeable joysticks. All tools are included. Simply remove the 5 screws on the controller using the screwdrivers provided. The only thing I don't like is that the plastic used in the tool to remove the plastic cover on the controller to get to the screws is pretty dull. It served its purpose but will probably need to be replaced after a few uses. Not that big of a problem as the price is very reasonable. But I swapped both joysticks with no problems. Total execution time was about 10 minutes.
