Excellent Kitchen Helper

My analysis of this product showed that it's really easy to use and provides instant results... the stainless steel adds to its durability and makes it a great addition to my kitchen gadget collection. The only downside is THE slight delay in getting the readings. Overall, a great product for any home cook or professional chef looking for a reliable thermometer..
