I like that it can be used as part of a larger platform, but also standalone for specific needs. Having multiple platforms allows us to have different tools suited towards our business goals at each site/ organization.The tool has been great in helping organize files by category which makes them searchable. It’s easy to navigate with all my other tools from one place! We haven't had any issues so far, its been very helpful and we've learned how to use better than expected. I like that it's able to integrate with other applications such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM etc. It has been very easy for our team members in general to learn how to use this software. They're not too tech savvy so they needed some basic training before using the program fully but overall their experience has been good. We are solving problems of being accessible to customers from all over the world. This allows us to be more efficient when working together remotely.
