Hello, I weigh over 200 pounds (maybe 230) and am 5ft 7 1/2 inches tall. I bought the largest size thinking it would fit my waist but it doesn't even fit my hips. I had to pull it over my head to put it on. I bought this to wear under my maid dress and it did the job. This skirt is definitely underwear! I gave it five stars for the stretch because it has a great elastic band and if it were my size I think I could easily stretch it on my hips. Hope this helps someone else with a larger size like me :) My dress/jeans size : US 14-16 Shirt size: L-XL
