I had type J bags at home so I ordered these. The pockets look nice and thick. However, these bags are different in size from other Type J bags I have. The hole with the cardboard around it where the bag attaches to the vacuum is a different size than the hole in the other J-type bags. I was able to surgically attach these bags to them. Both my previous bags and this one are Royal Type J so be careful when ordering your specific vacuum.
