Great protection - quick response times
We are using this tool in our enterprise as well as at home use with my kids school to keep them safe online.
It has been very helpful so far! I would like more options when it comes to blocking things that might be harmful or not allow access to certain content if you have no business need for such information. If i had any problems with redcanary they were all quickly addressed by support team and resolved immediately. Protecting children from internet dangers while allowing easy access to needed websites/apps.
Pros
- Excellent performance
- Great user interface, good UX design
- Easy setup works out of box without additional configuration required.
- Very low false positive rate (our device is running 2 year old software version)
Cons
- No ability currently available through product's UI which allows me block sites completely
