This gas cap will not work on my 2006 Acura TSX

The eject warning light went out briefly when I replaced the cap, then went on again the first time, to fill up the car with petrol. I went to the Acura dealer to change the oil and ask about the radiation. Mouse Acura in Tampa informed me that my gas cap was defective and needed to be replaced. I just spent $15 on this cap. Unfortunately I threw away my old cap so I can't even get this back until I get a new Acura gas tank. There's a difference with this aftermarket gas cap!
