This roller were recommended by my Neurologist after a lengthy loss of muscle mass due to a botched cervical surgery and after the revision surgery to correct the problems created by the first. Needless to say revision was NOT by the same doctor. I had lost much of my dexterity and strength. Using this tool and other exercise options I have been able to slowly recover to a reasonable life.
