Edit: Best customer service I've had in a long time. They got in touch about the non-working zipper and sent a new bag. The zippers on the bag work. Definitely five stars for the customer service and the bag. I liked all the storage in the bag but the top zip was too tight. It is very difficult to zip up the corners, making it impossible to close completely. If the flash worked I would give it five stars. The bag itself offers enough space for a large project. I love how you can put your project on top and the yarn stays in place.
