Review on 🧡 Effortless Clothes Repair: SINGER 00097 Iron-On Mending Fabric - White Fabric Patch by Ebony Shaw

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Men: Repairing worn elbows on dress shirts

After all, when you're wearing a dress shirt, your elbow is the number one weak point. For years, as soon as that happened, I threw the shirt in the trash can. I wish I had tried this product sooner. At the first sign of wear on the elbows in a shirt, I used this patch on the inside of the sleeve and I'm willing to bet I've doubled the life of the shirt. The product is easy to use but read the instructions. I ruined a shirt with an iron because the instructions say to hold the iron on the fabric for at least 30 seconds, which seems wrong. It worked great on 4 out of 5 shirts, but the 5th shirt was heavier cotton and the iron burned the fabric. There's probably enough product here to mend 20 cubits of a shirt, so the cost can't be beat. I am convinced of this product. I tried using Tenacious elbow repair tape and the tape came off in the wash. This product sticks well and so far I've washed the shirt 3 times and the patch is still on.
