The best part of working with outsourcers, they are willing do everything possible in order make sure that you succeed as an individual or firm when it comes down selling your product / service over there at their end! They will try different ways until we get success but some times its not easy because sometimes our products/service might be new so people wont know about them yet which means more work before getting sales from those customers later ( this happens mostly during first few weeks).

I would say give one month trial run if u can afford since most likely i have seen good results after 1-3 months time period while others take longer than expected even upto 6months+.
