Spark Nano 7 is a great device for many reasons! I've never had a GPS like this (apart from the Find My iPhone app) and to be honest I was a bit intimidated at first. However, as soon as I opened the packaging, I saw clear and concise instructions with pictures explaining all the steps needed to use the device and get started. After charging for the recommended amount of time, I was able to start using the app and website. I had a little trouble getting my login details for the app and website, but the IT department was extremely helpful with the chat function, so the issue was resolved properly and in no time! Now to the device itself. It's small, slim and very minimalistic, with a panic button in the middle (a really cool feature). There are three different LED indicators on the bottom right corner of the device showing it's powered on, battery level and tracking. The device is small enough to fit in my purse or even my coat pocket. I also wanted to put it (see photo) in my car's glove box to keep track of my car's whereabouts. It was invisible and could be easily hidden! To be honest this would be ideal for keeping track of young children (diaper bag) or even an elderly person suffering from Alzheimer's or some other cognitive illness. The app and website are fantastic. The Brickhouse program allows you to track various trips and generate reports. I was able to see my activities throughout the day and even throughout the week by customizing the report specifications. You can make the report as simple or as detailed as you like. The cards show different views, e.g. B. Street View and Real View (see image), which can be useful depending on the objective you are pursuing. I really like the panic button feature. This adds a level of security to the device and the person wearing the device. I will say the site does have a learning curve however there are many resources available and the chat feature with IT makes it extremely user friendly if you have any questions. To be honest, I mainly learned by playing around with the software and testing different reports. The subscription service itself is extremely affordable, especially for all the options you can take advantage of with the reporting and tracking features, as well as satellite tracking. The tracking is impeccable and I have never noticed any lag related to the service. Being able to use the app and website makes it perfect for everyone. Overall this is a great product and I am very happy with it. You can honestly use it for more than one purpose. I tracked my car, my niece, my grandfather and took her to work once or twice to see how well she would do in a high rise building. It is very discreet and easy to use for everyone! I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a simple and affordable tracker with an affordable subscription. It gets the job done without the extra bells and whistles that make it difficult to use!
