After reading the description and a few reviews I thought I had found the perfect Zoom readers. No luck unfortunately, they light up on screen just like every other pair I have. After playing around with these and others, the only thing I found was to aim a pair of glasses at your face, away from the screen, as the screen itself seems to be the culprit that adds a shine to all those glasses. there.
