This belt can be adjusted by simply pulling the belt buckle, I use it every day, when I'm at work, when I sit down to eat, I loosen it a little, when then I get up, I just pull it back. The belt has 2 layers that are sewn together, the outer layer of my belt holds up very well, but the inner lining is torn, which worries me a bit if/if the outer layer tears. For me, the biggest downside is the noise it makes when you put it on. Imagine a very large/noisy zipper being closed and you probably have the right idea. I consider this to be the biggest downside and, as you can see, pretty minor. (I deduct 1 star for the inner lining problem and the adjustment noise). I would buy it again. Yes (but I would still look for alternatives) Conclusion. Works as advertised but a bit noisy.
