I like that they offer many different features for free to their customers; this includes unlimited domains &amp hostnames in addition with other benefits which include email etc..

They also provide great customer service! The site is very confusing when trying figure out how things work or what you can do/can't use without paying extra - so it's difficult figuring everything about them before signing up (which isn’t really necessary). Also there are lots of steps involved between clicking through pages until getting where your wanting too be at all times – some could make more intuitive / user friendly if possible?
