What happened?: my feedback
I have been using this brand if liquids for awhile. I normally love them! I just opened my set I bought in may and it is so different! The base and top coat is garbage. It take forever to dry now. It used to be quick. Would have returned these if I could. So disappointed. Used to be my favorite brand. Now just a pain to even use this.
