I built a new work/computer desk and used these legs. For those who have doubts about how durable these legs are, I have no doubts about the nominal 350 pounds. My desk weighs 115 pounds and is solid. No stability issues. I have two problems with it: 1. There were chips in the "leg" area on the bottom where the black paint has been removed. Not sure if they were used legs (I didn't buy a used set) or if they are all like that. Nobody will ever see them, so it doesn't matter.2. Threading the two internal screws into the legs is tricky as the legs themselves get in the way of any standard sized screwdriver. I had to use both hands to push down and grab a screwdriver so I could screw them in and that was after drilling the pilot holes. Overall I'm satisfied, but paint quality control could be improved.
