Addendum: I've been using this warmer for 2 years now and I'm quite content with it. It keeps my coffee warm enough without cooking it. I do wish the on-off button had more of a click to it. I regularly find my warmer turned on after I have turned it off, probably because something just touched it.Original Doesn't get very warm on the hottest setting so I have no use for cooler settings. I just returned a warmer that came on when you set your cup on it because it also didn't get warm enough. I'll keep this less expensive one and be content with drinking lukewarm coffee.I have a 20 year old Dazey Corp coffee warmer that you can buy on Ebay for $40 that is still working great. It keeps my coffee so hot that I have to balance the cup on the edge so that it doesn't sit flat on the heat plate. Might be a safety factor that they quit manufacturing them.
