The best thing is their support team, they're always willing to help you out no matter what time of day or night it may be. We needed them to take our site offline during an upgrade. They took off all of the templates so we could do an upgrade. I really didn't like that, but then when the website was back up again, it looked exactly like the one that was down in the first place! So that's not so great either. Maybe if they had a guide for how to make changes on your own, then that would have been better. They also helped us come up with some ideas about how to add new features to increase sales. The best thing about this software is that it has all the features you need to run an effective business. It's not very user-friendly, but I think that's just because of its age. Also, we didn't find any bugs when using it. We were able to build our own website without having to hire a web developer. Our customers love that they can shop from anywhere in the world. They also like that they don't have to wait for us to get back to them.
