I went to the online store of SURBLUE not too long ago with the intention of purchasing some items, but I was left dissatisfied with my general shopping experience. To begin, the website was difficult to navigate because it was both slow and unresponsive, which made it difficult for me to find the products that I was searching for. After a long search, I was eventually able to locate the items I was interested in purchasing; however, the checkout procedure was problematic for me. Due to a glitch in the payment gateway, it took me several tries before I was finally able to complete my transaction successfully. This was incredibly aggravating and time-consuming, particularly considering that I had to re-enter all of my payment information after each failed attempt. Following the successful conclusion of my transaction, I was notified via email that my items would be shipped and should appear between five and seven business days after that. However, my items didn't arrive until two weeks later, and even though I ordered the correct size on the website, one of the items was the incorrect size when it finally arrived. I attempted to resolve the problem by contacting customer service; however, the responses I received were unhelpful and condescending. It was abundantly clear that the company did not value my business and did not give a damn about resolving my issue in a fashion that was to my satisfaction. My experience with the online store operated by SURBLUE was, all things considered, one that was frustrating, time-consuming, and disheartening. I would not suggest this retailer to anyone seeking for an easy and pleasurable experience while doing their online shopping because I did not have either of those things here.
