As a self-proclaimed "beauty and personal care expert," I couldn't wait to give BESTOOL's offerings a try. Unfortunately, dealing with this organization was a negative experience for me. Products were not the "best in beauty and personal care," as advertised. Both the product and the price were below par. Poor treatment to customers was also an issue. Representatives were unresponsive and unhelpful when I reached out to them for assistance with a merchandise problem. Having to deal with a business that makes empty promises about customer care was a major source of frustration. The website was also confusing to use and was lacking in key details about the offerings. The pictures and explanations were both misleading. Because of this, it was hard to make well-informed purchases. If you're searching for reasonably priced, high-quality do-it-yourself beauty and personal care products, I wouldn't suggest BESTOOL. You can find alternatives with lower prices and superior support.
