I bought this backpack to replace my other one which has outlived its usefulness. I would like to start by saying that the quality of this bag really surprised me. It's made from durable material with clean stitching and is lightweight, I don't have to worry about the fabric unraveling like my previous bag. Many pockets to put everything a woman needs in one bag, high quality zippers, open and close smoothly, do not pinch. The straps are comfortable and don't dig into your shoulders.
