not order! on serving ware

Love the look and thought it would be fun to make something different for a coffee or a party but it came in shards great perfect I can't wait to use it and i threw away the broken one, now the company wants to return it so i have to send them a new one or i will be charged twice so i couldn't use it. and i will send back a good one. You'd think they wouldn't want to return it when it's so broken, it was more for security reasons.
