I have been buying similar plugs from other suppliers for many years at a higher price. They are similar to the more expensive crimp connectors I have used in the past but they are not of the same quality. I won't buy them when they run out. Using the same crimping tools, they don't seem to grip the wire as well as the others. I usually pull the wire quickly after crimping to make sure the connector is secure before the heat shrink tubing gets hot. In some cases, the wire was pulled right out of the connector. I went and grabbed some connectors from other vendors and used the same crimping machines and cables with no problems. Attempts to pinch didn't help. The metal used in these connectors doesn't appear to crimp or shrink like the higher quality parts. The shrink tubing was decent but not great. The advantages are that the purchase price is low and the divided container is decent.
