I ordered this product in mid-May with multiple uses. Overall this is a great device and I am sad that it only lasted 7 months. In fact, I've only had two use cases: 1) I, like most people, need to charge different devices. This means I always have a powerful USB-C for my Surface Book and three other options for all the different devices I have. I connected a USB-C, Micro-USB, and Lightning charger along with a USB-C to USB-C cable. This worked well as my wife and I both use C and some headsets can disable the mic. The Lightning cable was good enough to charge our i-devices provided at work. 2) I travel a lot and was hoping to combine many wall warts with this single plug. The included extra power cord also offered more flexibility in case a hotel outlet was accidentally placed. Sharing rooms with other people every now and then meant the variety of chargers was a boon for everyone. It did exactly what I was hoping for, meaning I could pack a charger and a few extra cables rather than a few plugs scattered around the room that I could forget. I want to reiterate that this charger is excellent. The $40 price tag is great, and the 60W USB-C charger still works well. Unfortunately, 3 USB ports were no longer chargeable. I can plug my Note 9 into a charger overnight and be happy when it hits 5% in 5 hours. I will contact the seller and see if they have any options for me.
