Too narrow and no room for a high arch.

I was ill when they arrived so I decided not to open or try them on as I didn't want my illness to affect them. Now I'm stuck with shoes that don't fit. The finger box is too long. If you make the tongue longer towards the toe, they might fit someone with a high arch and swollen feet. But these are narrow shoes, NOT wide. I couldn't appreciate the toe box or arch support as my high arch didn't let my feet get past my tongue.
