**Update June 2021** I originally bought these in October 2020 and they worked fine for about 4 months on their own broken by the ear hooks. I've used them lightly and haven't been rough on them, especially with headphones intended to be used during exercise. I've used them in normal listening situations and rarely for practice. Customer service was responsive and offered to replace them under warranty and just asked that I send the broken ones back at my expense. I agreed and was given a replacement pair which I have been using since February. Now, 4 months after receiving a replacement, Another pair of earwires broke off and I have to say that the plastic construction of the earwires is flimsy and prone to breakage. All of my statements are in the original review below, but if you're considering buying these headphones, don't expect them to last just a few months. . For less than $15, it's not that big of a loss, but a bit sad in terms of e-waste. I can't recommend them because of their tendency to break. --- Initial Review --- My ideal headphones are truly wireless, have decent sound quality, are comfortable, don't fall off, and most importantly, don't seal or block. my ear canal creates that uncomfortable stuffy feeling that makes all talking and chewing very loud while wearing it. These headphones are the closest to the ideal I've tried so far. Even the galaxy buds that claim to be "open" and in your ear but don't go into the canal still give you that plug-in-your-ear feeling. The part that goes in your ear is shaped like regular Airpods and not fully sealed. The earhook is quite comfortable and won't let them fall off. Sometimes the earpiece part moves a bit and slips in my ear meaning I have to adjust it to get the best sound quality, but that's pretty minor. The earbuds themselves come with a removable silicone cap or sleeve that fits over the part that goes into the ear. Some have complained that the buds are too big for their ears, therefore removing them might help in this situation. However, I have found that the cases help keep the earbuds from moving too much. as they grip the skin better than the smooth plastic of an uncapped liner. The audio quality is decent, but there is a noticeable static hiss for a few seconds before and after the audio starts playing. I don't notice when the sound is actually playing. I wear them for an hour or two at a time and they are absolutely comfortable. I've used them with and without glasses with no problems. The only comparable product I've seen is the Skullcandy Push Ultra True. But they usually cost more than double. For me, apart from a few complaints about the sound quality, I really liked them. Remember that the case for them is twice the size of AirPods or Galaxy Buds. So it won't win awards for portability. If sound quality is your top priority and the feeling of a seal isn't a big deal for you, consider using a set of gasket inserts that fit your ear canal, as this will give you better noise isolation, block outside noise and provide better sound quality. This is a more common design so you have a lot of choices and options for it. consider using a set of gasket inserts that fit the ear canal, as this will give you better noise isolation, block outside noise and provide better sound quality.
