We really liked these ladders for our 10 lb Shih Tzu. She recently injured her paw jumping off the bed so I thought it was about time I got her something like this. She now uses it to get in and out of bed with ease and the fact that it wraps around the corner of the bed means I don't bump my feet against it when I lie down and get out of bed. I give this 4 stars for 2 reasons. At first it took me a minute to understand the instructions because the letters in the manual don't match those on the physical panels, so I had to stop figuring it out and just focus on the shape of the panels. Second, it's just hard plastic steps with little bits of carpet on them, so I felt it was a bit overpriced. But if you have the money they work very well, durable enough for my dog to be comfortable on - in fact I sometimes just find him sleeping on the middle flight of stairs. So overall a very good buy.
