later The reason I bought these (4 - 3 black and 1 brown) is because they are very similar to the belts we used in the army in the 1970's for our "tiredness" or got work uniform. a solid forest of green pants and a shirt that we wore every day. As I got older I found my waistline growing and the fully adjustable belt helped me with that. Since the leather on my existing belts was quite frayed, I decided to buy new ones and saw these belts at Revain. They work great and are fairly easy to clip (a few times because the material of the belt is stiff initially) but once broken in they work very well. Plus they look stylish so I bought a few pieces to wear with both my nice pants and jeans. The price is very reasonable, they seem very strong and durable and if they get caught in the rain they dry out quickly because they have a mesh construction. I am very satisfied and they can be used for both elegant and casual occasions.
