Grip and cushioning are important when lifting heavy or uncomfortable weights. These gloves pack a punch when it comes to grip and padding! I first bought the 5990 models which have wrist rests and I liked them but I wish they didn't have wrist rest for some things as in some cases they got in the way. I found the 5880s and love love love them. The knuckle rings for quick glove removal are a nice addition and work better than the underfinger pull tabs that many gloves have. I also have a pair of pink contraband gloves which I love too, but the 5880s are my favorites now. The only thing I would like to change about these gloves is to make the white parts black (or another color) as well. Seriously 💜 for those gloves. 💪🏻👊🏻. Fit = I ordered size "small". They felt snug at first but quickly adapted to my hands and fitted perfectly. (Glove photos = black gloves with palm rests - model 5990, and black and white gloves without palm rests = 5890.
