Review on 🚿 Moen Engage Magnetix 26112SRN: 5.5-Inch Handheld Showerhead with Magnetic Docking System, Spot Resist Brushed Nickel by Karl Swift

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good pressure - suitable for a small shower stall

The hardest part of installing this shower was removing the old shower head and removing the remaining tape from the threads of the pipe coming out of the shower. Wall. I read that you shouldn't use tape to attach this shower head. Other reviews have complained about the leak and I suspect it's because they used duct tape. You don't need to use a tool like a wrench to install it, which is why we didn't. Again, it's possible those who used the tool somehow broke it. It was very easy to install. When the showerhead is attached to the magnet, the shower aligns so I can easily get out from underneath to lather up. The hose length is perfect. My last hose was longer and attached to a dial that controls the water temperature. This shower is 1.5 stories above ground in Chicago and the pressure is good. We didn't take out any filters that are supposed to save water. It's easy to change the shower mode, but most are too strong, too strong for me. The worst part about showering with this new shower head and hose is that I don't want to get out!
