when i tried this product for my weekly Australian rules football training, I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable and supportive these shorts were. The stretchy fabric allowed for complete freedom of movement and the built-in liner offered great breathability. The only downside I found was that the waistband was a bit tight, but that was easily solved by going up a size .Overall I highly recommend these shorts for anyone looking for a quality pair of running shorts for their sports and fitness activities..
