Blue version (not 100% cotton) TERRIBLE absorbency - just brush with water.

This mop head is really bad at absorbing water. Use 100% cotton, although they are generally not washable. We have big puddles on the concrete floor in our basement and this mop just spreads the water over an even larger area. I don't know what they use to give the fiber a nice blue color but unfortunately it behaves like gore-tex or scotchguard.
