Review on GREENSKY Compatible Replacement CF283A 83A by Eric Jenkins

the order was made it was not used immediately one of the reasons was back then so it didn't fit i tried get the seller /manufacturer and they replied that it looked like they would help by exchanging the order so they asked for a picture of the unopened toner. I have sent this picture and have not received a reply confirming their product (the printer toner supply side guides were wrong although their product was suggested as correct and suitable). I didn't buy the product because I knew it wouldn't fit I bought the product because from their ad it seemed like they respect their product but no answer I think they don't want to endorse their product , maybe because it's not good or who knows
