If it were possible I would not put stars. I've had the exact same thing for almost twenty years and it worked like a champ. When it finally fell apart, I bought another one exactly the same. However, the new one doesn't seem to come close to the quality of the older model. It was going like crazy and I couldn't do anything about it. I took it off the faucet, put it back on, reread the instructions, took it off again, installed it again. NOTHING WORKED! I threw it away and bought the Culligan which works really well but the Culligan replacement filters are insanely expensive. It was a waste of my money.
