I like how easy it was to set up my store, as well as customize everything about it according to what I wanted. It's also very simple to add new products, but not so much with removing them once they're added. Some of the features are great (like having multiple categories), some could be improved (such as adding more than one category at once). If you want something really custom tailored from scratch, this isn't your product! There were too many missing elements/features when we first launched our website compared to other competitors' websites. We needed help setting things up right away rather than waiting months or years before getting started. Also, there weren't any templates available that matched exactly what we had envisioned - which made us have to build almost all aspects ourselves. The process took way longer than expected due to needing several revisions here and there throughout each step. This has been helpful because now we can make changes without going back through every single page.
