Very moisturizing and moisturizing!
Cosrx rarely disappoints, including their latest Hydrium line! I have combination skin, but I'm struggling with dehydrated skin this winter. Cosrx Hydrium Watery Toner is one of the cheapest toners I've ever used, it hydrates and hydrates so well! My skin was surprisingly smooth after the first use, so much so that I felt like I didn't need to use an actual moisturizer afterwards! (But I still put on moisturizer!) Love, love, love! I will definitely buy! :)
